Tito de Morais is the founder of the MiudosSegurosNa.Net Project (Portugal). He has served as external evaluator of the European Commission-funded initiative Cyber Training – Taking Action Against Cyberbullying. He is co-author of Cyberbullying – A Guide for Parents and Educators (Portugal, 2016) and a contributing author to Bullying: Perspectives, Practice and Insights (Council of Europe, 2017). He has held instructional roles in multiple editions of the Advanced Course in Cyberbullying [E-Learning] (2017–2020) and the MOOC Bullying & Cyberbullying: Preventing and Acting (2019–2020), the latter promoted by the Directorate-General of Education (DGE). He has served as consultant to the DGE working group for the School Without Bullying. School Without Violence initiative (2019) and is co-scientific coordinator of the Advanced Specialisation in Bullying and Cyberbullying – From Prevention to Identification and Intervention (Instituto CRIAP). He is co-organiser of the Cyberbullying Talks and the Global StopCyberbullying Telesummit (2019–2021), and co-founder of the Agarrados à Net project and the programme Faz-te Ouvir!
