Travel to Stavanger
The nearest international airport is Stavanger Airport, Sola, located 14 kilometres from the conference venue Stavanger Forum, and 13 km from Stavanger city centre.
From the airport, you can travel to Stavanger Forum and Stavanger city centre by bus, taxi and rental car.
Bus
There is a bus connection between Stavanger Forum and Stavanger city center approximately every ten minutes. Use routes 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, or 16 to travel between Stavanger city center and Tjensvollkrysset. The travel time is about 6 minutes. Find your route.
Flybussen, the airport bus, operates from the airport with departures timed with arrivals and departures at the airports. The airport bus passes the conference centre and takes about 15 minutes from the airport. Find your route.
You can travel by bus between Stavanger and several other cities in southern part of Norway, such as Bergen, Kristiansand and Oslo. Visit Nor-way or Vy to see time tables and prices.
Taxi
Taxi services are available at Stavanger Airport. Travel time to the venue or the city center appr. 15 minutes, depending on time of day. Credit cards are accepted.
Car rental
Several car rental companies operate at Stavanger Airport, Sola. They are located next to the international arrivals hall.
Train
There are several departures between Stavanger and Oslo/Kristiansand train station. See time tables and prices at Go-Ahead Nordic.
Visa
